What is AmeriPlan Veterinary Care®?
AmeriPlan Veterinary Care® is a Provider Access Organization (PAO) that offers memberships in its reduced fee veterinary care benefits for household domestic pets.
Since this veterinary care program is not insurance or a health care organization, all current and ongoing conditions are included. There are no waiting periods, instant savings, no paperwork and no limits on your visits or benefits.
Who are the Veterinary Care® providers?
AmeriPlan Veterinary Care® has assembled one of the finest networks of veterinary care providers in the nation, and we are continually adding to this base. These veterinarians are well established with successful clinics and hospitals. Click Here to view a listing of providers in your area.
What does the plan cost?
Veterinary Care® membership only:
- Single pet household - $9.95 per month
- Multiple pet household - $14.95 pet month
Veterinary Plan added to existing AmeriPlan® membership
(AmeriPlan Dental® or AmeriPlan Health® )
- Single pet household - $6.00 per month ( 40% Savings )
- Multiple pet household - $10.00 per month ( 33% Savings )
How do I use the plan?
Within 10 to 14 working days of receipt of your application, you will receive a Member Information Guide, member identification cards and a Veterinary Provider Directory. Make an appointment to see your selected veterinary provider and you will be eligible to receive the reduced fees. You pay the provider at the time the services are rendered.
How do I pay for my Memberhsip Fee?
Monthly or Quarterly payments are made ONLY by electronic bank draft or credit card. Invoicing is done only for annual memberships paid one year in advance. |

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of becoming a member, you may cancel your membership in writing by mail to 5700 Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024, fax to (469) 229-4595 or email to stop@stopmembership.com. Your membership fee will be refunded. Please be aware that the one-time administrative fee and money paid for healthcare services and products are not refundable. After 30 days membership fees are not-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time upon written request to AmeriPlan®.
